Qubes OS release

R4.2
qubes-desktop-linux-manager 4.2.20-1.fc37

Brief summary

As reported by a Qubes user on forum who does not have a Github account:
in i3wm, it’s about 50% the size of the other icons.so much empty space.
Steps to reproduce

Icon is OK on XFCE but renders small on i3wm. According to user:
Is there any way to change back to the old applet logo? this one is tiny and out of place outside of XFCE.
Expected behavior

Icon should be OK in XFCE, KDE, GNOME and i3wm.

Actual behavior

Current SVG Icon virtual size is small (24x24 pixel). i3wm is not able to properly upscale it. There are no any XDG PNG alternative sizes. A workaround is provided to user to replace qubes-devices.svg with Adwaita's media-removable.svg icon as a temporal workaround.
