VsCode gets focus from majestic ui browser

Reproduction Repo

Before I create a repo, I've documented the bug here: jest-community/vscode-jest#829 because I don't know if this is a Majestic thing or a VsCode thing. Please give me a sense of what's might be a possible cause here before I dive in and provide a repo for this. I'm not even sure I know how to replicate it at this stage it's very odd behaviour.
