【Bug】Ray_LiveFansMedalTaskConfig_HeartBeatNumber变量不管用 #662

版本号：2.0.2
运行环境：git clone源码dotnet运行

问题描述：sh脚本中export和在.bashrc中修改Ray_LiveFansMedalTaskConfig_HeartBeatNumber变量都不管用，有的号不需要挂那么久的直播时长
日志信息：第一次直播挂机设置的70分钟，以后无聊如何export都是挂机70分钟
