It's photo can't clear if filename use chinese.

Describe the bug

I use language is trad. chinese.
I use take picture and upload to rocket.chat by my android phone. If photo filename use chinese name. It's can't show clear. If photo filename use default or english name is clear. Please see attachment. How to fix it?
