what the sync_swipe_enabled: true, means?

It's something related to your Tinder account. A setting that is enabled by default as you just said that you haven't enabled it. TBH, I don't know much about this. You can find some more information about it on the official documentation page of the Tinder API or try searching for it on StackOverflow, maybe someone would have asked a question related to it.
