TBI - Create new module @sap-ux/odata-service-inquirer

Provide a new module which can prompt for odata service inputs, generating an odata service answers config that may be used with minimum translation to write an application using @sap-ux/odata-service-writer.

This should provide flexibility to configure some prompting options to allow some limited extension/modification of the prompting behaviour. The supported options should be clearly indicated using well typed interfaces and APIs.
