CurrentLocationService and DeliveryPointsService are not exported

Describe the bug
The CurrentLocationService and DeliveryPointsService from BOPIS feature-lib are currently not exported by spartacus via public-api. We need these services to extends the BOPIS functionalities.

• Library version: 6.6.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to extend the DeliveryPointsService or CurrentLocationService

Expected behavior
The The CurrentLocationService and DeliveryPointsService from BOPIS feature-lib are exported via public-api
