🏗️ PageSpeed - Fix Best Practices

There are currently some alerts on PageSpeed Insights regarding unload listeners and source maps, lowering our previously very high score to 74. These scores affect SEO, so we should definitely fix this.

1. As per Chrome: Deprecation - Unload event listeners are deprecated and will be removed microsoft/ApplicationInsights-JS#2220, remove the unload event
2. Investigate if a source map increases build times significantly, if it doesn't - add the productionBrowserSourceMaps config option (https://nextjs.org/docs/app/api-reference/next-config-js/productionBrowserSourceMaps)

• Added production source maps for analysis (not working at the moment)
