Require image for ARM64 architecture

Hi Team,
I am trying to use the Keyval-resource image on the arm64 platform but it seems it is not available for arm64.
I tried to build it using the command docker build -t image_name . on both the platforms and it looks that the image is not building successfully for amd64 as well.

I made some changes in order to resolve the errors. After doing the below changes, the image was successfully built.

I have used Travis-CI to build and push the image for both the platforms.
