Generic "transaction failed" screen is vague #431

I recently was doing a live transaction and got "transaction failed", I believe due to spotty internet, but no further details were given in the GUI. It would be nice to bubble up a more useful error message or view the details.

If the GUI can tell the user that the error was due to network issues versus wallet issues, that is very useful for debugging.
