files-np fails to install.

Package Name: files-np

Current Behaviour

Fails to install, as the URL to the GitHub releases page does not exist:

The version it is targeting (v2.4.40) is also really old. Files is now on v3.3!

Expected Behaviour

A recent version of files-np would be installed.

Additional context/output

Issue #175 suggests deprecating the package, which doesn't feel correct as development is still active, but the download link has moved elsewhere. The only issue with this new download link is that it doesn't expose the installer version in the URL.

Issue #260 also reported this issue, but was falsely closed. It was also raised in this issue that Files v2.4.40 is really old.

Possible Solution

Update the download link to https://cdn.files.community/files/download/Files.Stable.exe.
