We have the latest Semantic UI along with latest jQuery and jQuery UI. We don't have any CSS of our own besides some modifications to Semantic UI itself. So it cannot be some conflicting rules.

The issue is that when hovering on a dropdown, the stack order is wrong as seen on the following image. It is correct when you click on it (focusing it). (To show it a bit better for this case I removed compact from the top dropdown only, otherwise in this example they are all compact but the issue is rergardless if they are aren't)

OK, so the issue for some reason is if they are declared "simple"as then they react to hovers, not just selects.
