Steps

  1. Click on a button with popup using touchscreen.
  2. Hover on a button with popup using mouse.

Expected Result

Mouse hover is still working.

Actual Result

Mouse hover stops working.

Additional info:
I first discovered this bug when trying to use addTouchEvents: false. Please make sure that the bug doesn't reproduce with this flag too.
