Perhaps it would be easier to move from karma etc. to cypress.
IMO it is easier for contributors etc. to test/verify everything locally.

@mariolamacchia What are you thinking about this?

@Wachiwi I guess that depends on what you wanna test. IMO, Cypress is more useful when we want E2E tests.
In nowadays Jest is getting more space in the community, and I believe it does the job pretty well.
Mocha + Chai does the job pretty well too.
