Docs functionality: Icons next to components

It's not at all clear at the top of each component reference what the four icons are for.

The first two apparently don't do anything. There's no feedback when clicked.
Also, it feels clearer to switch between the two that do work rather than keep the contents open.

Out of interest, what are the first two icons for? Thanks!
