Capture region starts in the wrong position

Capture region starts in the wrong position, not only capture region, but record screen also start in the wrong position. This error was already reported in #7106, but now i'm using win 11, i did not install anything new, and i'm already using powertoys with Mouse Highlighter disabled, also, it was working 2 weeks ago, in version 16.0, and this week, before 16.1 it was already starting in the wrong position, i do not believe i has something related to the update

I found out that it's related to the "fancy zones"(reopen window in the last position) feature of powertoys, i turned it off to keep using sharex, but it's awkward this beeing a problem now
