Update the Destination Settings to provide another place to set the default upload target

I searched Application Settings and Destination Settings for a way to set the default target for uploading files. I came across this answer which helped point me in the right direction.

I think moving / duplicating the default destinations to Destination Settings would be more intuitive to allow users to find what they are looking for without needing to end up here.
