Implement Firefox compatibility once Manifest V3 support is available #268

Manifest V3 support is not yet available in Firefox. So, the new Chrome Manifest V3 version of the IMAGE extension does not even load. Firefox support is being implemented, hopefully by the end of 2022. The Firefox Developer Preview version already has some support.

Not clear if this bug will still be an issue, but obviously we have much larger problems now!

The latest Firefox now supports Manifest V3. I have not tried the IMAGE extension with it yet.
