parserOptions.project is missing the true value

• Related to this issue parserOptions.project should be nullable #175
  • It's weird that the mentioned troubleshoot doc says we can use project: null
• Looking at the type definitions for project at typescript-eslint > ParserOptions.project and the Docs - ParserOptions.project, I see:

project?: string | string[] | true;

• The true value has been added in version v5.52.0 via this PR:
  • feat(typescript-estree): allow specifying project: true typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint#6084
• Not sure about the null value, but we are definitely missing the true value
