Should Select component have hover-effects, such as hand pointer icon? #8898

Should the Select component have a hover effect when interacting with it? See the Action list component. I would expect the cursor to update to the hand pointer icon and the background color to change. hover.mov |

Selectcomponent does have a hover stateScreen.Recording.2023-11-17.at.1.28.35.PM.mov
