How can I deploy my app without hosting

Please allow me to humbly ask all of you on this forum, my app is currently being deployed, but I see that the shopify official recommendation only recommends two hosting platforms

If I want to purchase the ECS cloud server of USA by myself and use docker to deploy app, how should I write dockerfile? I have been trying for almost a week, but I cannot click login on the command line interface. Thank you for your help

How does this command work

CMD ["npm", "run", "serve"]

When I change the command to

CMD ["npm", "run", "dev"]
