Why Shopify asking to install ruby in a nodejs shopify app template when trying to install app theme extension

What commands are you running to reproduce this issue?

Hi I also met the problem when I run npm run dev.
My application has some extensions so I think extension deployment would be related.

I have installed the latest version of ruby but still it's showing the same error.

Error : Ruby environment not found

Met the same error.
But I resolve it after I installed the ruby environment.
