Dashboard link as button

Currently, we expect/accept a link to a Dashboard related to an alert (may be more useful than the link to the alert search?) but in teams it just displays as a string.

It should display as a clickable link, or a button.

Additionally, could add some detection to display any URL encountered as a link/button instead of text.
