The FakeDB MediaProviderSwitcher is broken on v9 because of changes to the MediaManager. The suggestion is to use the BaseMediaManager instead, but because this is an extension method, at the moment there is no way to inject.

This is likely going to require more extensive work, getting rid of static repositories and introducing more Controller renderings (#398). Tests can be disabled for now, going to descope this from v9.
