NCrunch configuration

NCrunch is an excellent tool for test driven development. Despite it's commercial, it's (I believe) widely used.

It appeared that it does not work OOTB with the current solution. Some additional configuration is required. It took me a while to get it up and running so I think it makes sense to commit and share the config settings (BTW, that's recommended by NCrunch team).

If that's OK with you, I'll come up with a pull request.

Heya @sergeyshushlyapin -- Thanks for the suggestion and the PR. We're actually trying to simplify Habitat right now to focus on the basics, vs wanting it to be everything for everyone, so that has to be weighed against adding this.

NCrunch is actually a question on the Sitecore Developer Survey, and thus far w/ 360 responses, only 8.6% say they are using it. It's about to get sent out to a much larger group, so we'll see if that grows. I'll keep this open until then.
