When we call !klingon the API is returning empty strings in the resulting .json .body element. This is what is causing non-erroring HTTP calls that have no content, breaking SlickBot.

This is because the API is failing even when you use their own website.

failing_klingon_api

We should rewrite !klingon to use a different API. I'd recommend the Bing Translate API which supports Klingon.
