What is missing:

Short summary...

It appears that the cucumberautocomplete.steps setting should not have a leading slash in the path(s).

Detailed summary...

On documentation page docs/vscode/vscode-specflow.md, the path shown for cucumberautocomplete.steps has a leading slash. I found that having that leading slash causes the following error:

Notification handler 'workspace/didChangeConfiguration' failed with message: EINVAL: invalid argument, scandir '/proc/1566/net'

I would change the documentation directly except that it requires generating an image, and my image would be very inconsistent compared to the other images.
