Apple Silicon build not yet possible

Adding a tracking issue so we can monitor over time.

We cannot currently run StatWrap on Apple Silicon due to Electron and other key components not yet working on the new platform. Some of this is Big Sur, but the larger issues are related to Apple Silicon. We are continuing to monitor all related components for compatibility and will take action once the core portions are working as expected.

Electron

Status: Not working. Currently displays a white screen and no content

NodeJS

Status: Not yet supported. May work if you use a pre-release build

VSCode

Status: Currently works

Looks like all we had to do was wait :) Seems to build and run fine now on apple silicon (M1 at least). The platform output is showing as mac-arm64.
