statuscake_contact_group does not support setting HTTP request method. It needs to be set manually from web interface.

Describe the solution you'd like
For example:

resource "statuscake_contact_group" "webhook" {
  name     = "Webhook"

  webhook {
    url    = "https://www.example.com"
    method = "POST"
  }
}
