It would be useful to allow bot runners to select which RPC node they want to use in case of failure of the main Steemit RPC node.

Add RPC node parameter to Config Vars.

hi, i would like to ask if it is possible to change the rpc node parameter in the source code of a forked version until the new feature comes out?
