Feature: multiple algorithms

Currently the app provides a single algorithm which the bot will vote on through an account. However it might be beneficial to support multiple algorithms to run concurrently, with some conditions.

For example, each algorithm could have a percentage of the days votes, e.g. 20% for algorithm A and 80% for algorithm B. Or, this could be set directly by number of votes, e.g. 2 votes for algorithm A, 8 votes for algorithm B.

Needs much more thought and discussion
