[Feature request] Date and time of grades

A lot of the sites support export of date and time when a grade was set, would be great if RatS handled this too.
I guess this will need some setting for timezone if it is not specified by the date format (ISO-xxx), and also convert it to an internal RatS date-datatype to be able to determine the export/insert conversion?
I think that TMDb support insert of date and time.

Yep, that's something I ignored so far for simplicity ^^

Perhaps you should consider wrapping the "internal RatS data structure" in some kind of documented interface instead of having it in a pile of dicts?
