localStoragePersistor no longer available, yet still in docs #92

It seems the localStoragePersistor was removed in #69, but the documentation still reflects it as available: https://github.com/SvelteStack/svelte-query/blob/main/docs/src/pages/plugins/createLocalStoragePersistor.md and here https://sveltequery.vercel.app/plugins/broadcastQueryClient.

I assume that createWebStoragePersistor is the successor of this, but it doesn't seem to quite work the same and is a bit buggy. Are there any plans to bring back localStoragePersistor or update the docs?
