Xcode15: SPM checkout for SwiftGen(5.3.0) binary does not work

The following package is working fine in Xcode 14.x but in Xcode15 it's throwing the below error, but the latest version of SwiftGen don't have an issue but we have version 5.3.0 and we don't want to migrate to the latest version, so is there any way to fix this issue.

Error:
downloaded archive of binary target 'bin' from 'https://github.com/SwiftGen/SwiftGen/releases/download/5.3.0/swiftgen-5.3.0.zip' does not contain a binary artifact.
