On the new project page, show the username as default namespace

If a user is a GitLab admin or has access to many namespaces (100+), then their own namespace is potentially not listed on the new project page. A solution could be to hit the GitLab API again when this is the case, using the search= query parameter.

This isn't relevant anymore for Renku 2.0.
I'm closing this issue. Feel free to open a new one if you think there are still reasons to consider a similar functionality.
