Create a page about the Honorary members

Currently there is no page about the Honorary members.

• Retrieve more information about the Honorary members in order to have enough content for the page
• Create a dedicated table in the DB with a relation to the corresponding person with:
  • Date the person was made Honorary member
  • Why the person has been attributed the title
  • If the person is Honorary president
• Create the page on the website
  • Also indicates the Honorary members who are deceased (Add support for deceased people #41 must be finished first).
