Simply build this repo on linux and play The Submarine up until the first cutscene finishes to reproduce this.

Upon discussing this with Gh0stblade, the issue appears to be file opening incompatability with Linux.

On PSXPC on Windows, it tries to load DATA\JOBY3.PSX, but it needs to be DATA\JOBY3.PSX.
