Bug: Sound system breaking with lot of JSG objects generating sound close to each other #330

Describe the bug
Whenever I entered one location which has Stargate and about 10+ lamps around it in radius of 20-30 (idk the actual hearing radius of player) the Stargate's event horizon, dialing and whatever sound has started getting cut.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place Stargate and several Abydos Lamps around it (more lamps you place, faster the cutting appears).
  2. Try to do whatever operation with Stargate, dialing, idle with event horizon, chevron locking, possibly anything produced by JSG, so maybe Stargates aren't needed? Haven't tried with machines.
  3. You'll start to hear machine's/Stargate's being cutted after every 2-5secs.
    Expected behavior
    Sounds overlaping each other, not being cut in favors of other sounds. :D

Mod version
jsg-1.12.2-4.11.2.6-client.jar and server.

Config or additional context is not applicable in this case.
