Dearrow doesn't work when loading a lot of videos quickly

Describe the bug

Piped seems to try and group dearrow requests together. When loading a lot of videos quickly this results in the proxy responding with a 400 because the request is too large.

To Reproduce

1. Enable the DeArrow integration in the preferences
2. Open a playlist with a lot of videos, e.g.: https://piped.video/playlist?list=PLy6N_9yB8Qwy6LL0J7zLUyW8XNX-BPeDl
3. Scroll down fast

Expected behavior

DeArrow should work
