fef install支持透传一些参数 #349

支持在安装时指定一些额外参数，透传给npm / tnpm

例如：

指定插件版本： fef install @tencent/someplugin@0.0.2-beta.2
指定registry：fef install someplugin --registry my_registry

目前需要 cd ~/.fef && tnpm install @tencent/someplugin@0.0.2-beta.2 && cd -
存在一定的使用成本
