复现路径：

  1. 选择 job 快速执行脚本节点，脚本中引用变量 ${hello}（新建的脚本表单项默认被设置为免渲染）
  2. 创建自定义变量 ${hello}，输入默认值
  3. 新建任务，不执行，点击节点查看，${hello}会被渲染成默认值，执行时不影响。

原因：
在插件表单中，如果表单不需要渲染，可以由用户勾选免渲染按钮，特别地，job 插件的脚本类型在新版本都默认改成免渲染。在预览的时候，没有对字段进行处理。
