В php8.1 контракты вызывают warnings вида
Deprecated: Return type of Google\Protobuf\Internal\RepeatedField::offsetExists($offset) should either be
compatible with ArrayAccess::offsetExists(mixed $offset): bool, or the #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] attribute should be used
to temporarily suppress the notice in /var/vendor/google/protobuf/src/Google/Protobuf/Internal/RepeatedField.php

В grpc библиотеке этот баг пофиксили protocolbuffers/protobuf#9301. Кажется стоит перегенирировать конктракты.
