Please help to add support for Polygon Amoy as Mumbai is now deprecated.

It's kind of wild how the industry seems to have forgotten that Mumbai was a sidechain to Goerli, and everyone just hasn't switched to Amoy. 😅 Meanwhile, Polygon is the most used chain (since the middle of last month according to blockscan).
