Unity Playground Global Game Jam Installer 'Copying File Failed' (with Unity 2017.3.1f1 Personal) #15

Upon trying to import the Unity installer package prepared for Global Game Jam (UnityPlayground_Jan18.unitypackage) into Unity 2017.3.1f1 Personal (64bit) an error is thrown 3/4 way through the import process: 'Access is Denied' error mesg for file c:/Program Files/Unity/Editor/Data/unity/Extensions/Unity/Tango/Android/unitygar.aar

I get something similar on macOS Sierra / Unity 2017.4.2f2. I'm using the package found on this page https://connect.unity.com/p/unity-playground

I can get past these errors by clicking Cancel until the file copy errors go away.

It's a weird error popping up from the .unitypackage I made for GGJ. It's not going to be there for the Asset Store version, but I'll leave this issue open as a reminder.
