This change updates the readme with content that currently exists on https://docs.getunleash.io/reference/sdks/node. The primary result of this is that the "getting started" steps have been updated and revised. In addition, there has been some link updates and minor rewrites. The purpose of this change is to prep this guide for inclusion into docs.getunleash instead of the document that's currently there.

In addition, there has been some link updates and minor rewrites plus formatting changes based on prettier's formatting.
I'm happy to go back and revise the formatting changes if so requested.
The purpose of this change is to prep this guide for inclusion into docs.getunleash instead of the
