Many students want the code that go along with our notes. I usually put a echo=FALSE in the options of Rmarkdown to supress the codes . I can go one my one and change them to echo=TRUE —- but it would be great if there is a command line option to do this so that I can recompile all my html with code —- without the need for changing the codes
