I HAVE PROOF THAT THIS PROGRAMME IS A TROJAN, THE PROOF IS LISTED BELOW:

there are multiple more IP's that are malicious.

one of the parent's that has 52/69 detections.

that Arabic text translates to "assert control" which is often used in the coding of trojans.

redirects safe IP's to more malicious IP's

literally VirusTotal saying that it terminated a virus (the trojan) that was sending/receiving commands from the malicious IP

VirusTotal detecting Trojan.Malware.300983.susgen in the .exe file
