ドラッグ/ドロー/ムーブ時に

ノートの状態
カーソルの状態

を固定する

Pros 良くなる点

たとえばドラッグ時に他の場所に当たりカーソルが変わる・ドラッグ時を示すスタイルが消えるなど
感覚的によくない部分がなくなる

Cons 悪くなる点

なし

実現方法

storeにドラッグ中の状態を持たせ、ドラッグ中であれば各要素に表示やカーソルを固定するCSSスタイルをセットするようにする
他の場合も同様
