Pdf viewer shows stuck to load pdf file on Iphone 12 /13

We have strange issue where we see that pdf viewer does not open pdf on Iphone 12 /13 seems it is working fine on other version of Iphone.

Please help to fix the issue.

Same problem with iphone 11 pro max using "ng2-pdf-viewer": "^10.0.0" with angular 17
