Rename ssh accessor to sshfs to clarify it's purpose

Users can easily misunderstand that the ssh accessor does not provide shell access via ssh.

It might be better to rename the accessor to sshfs to clarify this point.

Unless the ssh accessor might in the future provide additional capabilities such as being able to execve on the remote system, in which case the ssh name would be totally appropriate.
